Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your tea to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
We use fixed shipping rates: subscription boxes include shipping; all other orders ship at a flat, weight-based rate shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $70 (before tax and shipping).
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
Subscription Boxes
First-time subscription orders follow our standard processing time of 2–3 business days. After the initial order, subscription boxes are shipped once a month on a set schedule. Subscribers will receive email updates with details about each month’s shipment.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@blossomleaftea.com and we will work with you to make it right.
